Looker and data consumption product owner.Working actively on data governance, data quality & standardisation, creating automated processes for data developers to follow (~65 people). To move faster, I created and am leading a team of analysts to support me with this for which I’m coaching and creating longer term projects, prioritising and assigning tasks based on needs and skillset and making sure they get completed on time. Working closely with analytics teams and business stakeholders, enabling development efficiency and business user experience making sure we’re compliant to our security standards. Looker is the main data tool in Flexport which means that every new solution and process needs to be well thought of. Projects I work(ed) on:- Data access architecture redesign. It helped align the Product Owners to each other and by extension the Product team with the rest of Zivver to make sure we’re working towards the same goal.Internet explorer 11 analysis: It was used to end a long term discussion based on hunches and help us stop support for this browser saving Zivver hundreds of working hours on something that brings no value.Content classification analysis: It was used to identify the main pain points in this project and shifted the company priorities to include it due to its great importance for our product.

Next to my analytics tasks, I am also the first Scrum Master of my the BI & Data team. Working using agile is very important to me and while in OneFit, I got certified by Atlassian to enable my team to work in a systematic way. BI & Data team, working closely with C-level executives, as well as the Product, Marketing, CRM, Customer Success, Operations and Finance team.Having limited resources in the team, my daily tasks range from importing data from various sources through Stitch, data modelling in Big Query to a unified structure, setting up the company KPIs and aligning between departments and creating high impact analyses. The project I lead that I am most proud of is making Looker a self service tool. On the one hand, I am modelling our Looker infrastructure in a way that our business users will be able to create their own analyses safely and on the other, I teach them to use it to bring value in their day to day work.My analyses so far include:Reactivation Analysis: It was used to understand how often a member stops and reactivates their account and to set up the main member statuses active, inactive, churned.Churner Profile : After setting up our churn KPI, I created this analysis in order to understand the behavior of a churner and in which moments the marketing department can intervene to stop them from churning and bring them back if they have already left. Heavy Users Analysis: This analysis was used to identify potential abuse on our unlimited policy and to create an action plan to improve our revenue streams.

Reporting team, part of the BI team. Started as an intern and was offered a full time position. Working daily with product owners, the Marketing, LiveOps, QA, SDK, Finance department and the board of directors. Daily tasks include: data cleanup, query & report composition, event design, game analyses and insights and ad hoc requests. Working with immense amounts of data from 15 native games, among them Operate Now 2 (30M installs) and Uphill Rush (60M installs).While I was in Spil Games, we migrated from our Vertica database to Google cloud. My role in the migration was to work closely with the engineers to align the functions, data types and numbers to the existing ones and migrating over a 100 of our Tableau dashboards, translating the queries when necessary and switching them to use the ones coming from the cloud. We managed the data migration in the data team in a total of 3 months along our daily duties, while maintaining the highest accuracy and the smoothest experience for the business users of the dashboards.Next to my daily duties I introduced code reviews to the reporting team, a documentation mentality and structure where I aligned and documented all the existing KPIs across the company and I also began a series of data awareness presentations, where I taught the other teams to use dashboards in their advantage, which KPIs to look at and what kind of questions can be answered there. Working in a start-up like environment, I learned how to prioritise my projects based on business value and that I enjoy optimising people and product processes to minimize unnecessary lost time.

Identified students’ lack of solid understanding of the course's material. Worked alongside the professor to organize an online assignment tool to address the issue. Designed and created the tool that was used from more than 700 students.Here I learned that I enjoy optimizing my ideas when we need to scale up.

Collected & entered data to create HR tables (performance, membership status).Identified patterns in members’ performance in a team of people coming from different backgrounds.Facilitated more than 60 live and online meetings.Managed the first organized recruitment event raising membership by 25%.Successfully trained and integrated 15 new members.Attended an international HR workshop, where we focused on team dynamics.Had a hand-on experience with business administration.Organised and supervised more than 30 international events.Planned the HR strategy for the next 5 years. Here I learned that I enjoy working in a team, giving back to the community and that the NGO model where no one and at the same time everyone has authority, doesn't work.
