About Patrick Murray

I founded Penfield, an analytic consultancy that extracts and delivers hard ROI from advanced analytics. We specialize in Marketing ROI Measurement, Customer Analytics, and Pricing Optimization. And though I grew up in Retail, we've brought our toolsets to bear for manufacturers, main-street finance firms, pure-play online travel companies, and even MLB baseball teams. I believe that the days of the big consulting firms that "deck and run" are gone. We started Penfield to work ourselves out of a job by leaving not just answers, but also a capability for our clients to stand on their own. Why? So that when a client wants to take the next big leap forward in analytics, our phone rings first.Prior to Penfield, I worked at MMA and Home Depot, where I rebuilt the Marketing Effectiveness function and created the Pricing Analytics team. I'm an Informs Certified Analytic Professional (CAP), a Tuck MBA '04, and an age-grouper triathlete.
