Built a project management system according to the IPMA/PMI methodology. Was engaged in complex planning, organization and control of work on projects:▪︎ Construction of local treatment plants for the refueling complex for aircraft of Vladivostok airport (Knevichi) (project budget 130 million rubles/4 million USD), incl. completed the following tasks:- created an operational office in Artyom, Primorsky Krai;- interacted with the Customer (RN-Aero), design institutes, selection of contractors and suppliers in the region;- carried out inspection supervision over the implementation of construction and installation works, delivery of completed objects;- contractual and claims work;- provided operational and final reporting to shareholders.▪︎ Supply of a complex of local treatment plants for the shift camp of the Chinarevskoye gas condensate field of the Republic of Kazakhstan (project budget 1.5 million USD), with the solution of the following challenges:- R&D of using membrane technologies in the project;- work with post-financing under an international letter of credit;- coordination of design and permit documentation, equipment with organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a foreign investor;- organization of the work of Russian specialists on the project in the Republic of Kazakhstan.Implemented projects related to the supply of water treatment equipment, work at the following facilities: Oil Export Terminal (Sakhalin Energy), Sredneuralskaya state district power plant (Enel OGK-5), Surgutskaya-2 state district power plant and Shaturskaya state district power plant (E.ON Russia OGK-4), Permskaya CHPP-6 (TGC-9), field camps, gas processing units, sewage pump stations of oil and gas companies (NK Rosneft, Gazprom, TNK BP).
