Led integration of IAG, including system re-platforming and migration of 200+ employees. Business achieved double digit top line growth and 2x margin expansion.Acquisition & Integration: Led diligence efforts on several Nielsen acquisitions, including assessment and valuation, detailed due diligence and integration. In 2012, completed acquisition and integration of Vizu, a leader in advertising effectiveness. This effort serves as a gold standard for ‘tuck in’ acquisitions at Nielsen.Operational Excellence: Established and measured teams against standard KPIs representative of operational performance. Drove a 9% improvement in Ad Solutions product quality (to +98%) and reduced support ticket volume by 74%, while delivering aggressive cost productivity.Collaborative Program Management: Effectively leveraged broad matrixed delivery and commercial organizations to deliver programs that created value for Nielsen stakeholders. Selected by Nielsen’s COO to manage a cross-functional engagement at PepsiCo, reinventing the engagement approach for large CPGs. The approach has served as a model for subsequent client efforts.

Selected to join an elite group of IT leaders responsible for the IT integration of Abbott Laboratories’ Diagnostics and Point of Care businesses into GE Healthcare ($8.1 Billion asset ‘carve-out’ acquisition). While initially selected to manage the Manufacturing IT integration, responsibilities were broadened to include Finance IT Integration (General Ledger) as well.·Led analysis of over 600 Abbott manufacturing applications and worked with Operations leadership to establish strategy for systems integration as well as to lay groundwork for strategic programs to enable business growth.·Managed a cross-functional team of over twenty-five employees and contractors from GE and Abbott to deliver General Ledger consolidation and financial reporting for the newly acquired business. Project leveraged Oracle (ERP) and Cognos (reporting) platforms. Project delivered on time and under budget.

Responsible for delivery of IT solutions to meet the business needs of supply chain stakeholders within GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems business ($3.4 Billion growth engine within GE's $18 billion medical device business)- Delivered the first fully-validated Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at GE Healthcare, with a specific emphasis on electronic device history records (eDHR).- Responsible for deployment of this business-critical solution to 24 manufacturing sites globally, including management of implementation teams across the Americas, Europe and Asia. System established as a strategic platform for GE Healthcare.- Manage formal validation/qualification of this IT solution, in compliance with stringent FDA regulations (GxP, Part 11).- Management (direct and indirect) of large cross-fucntional team to deliver programs on time, on budget and in alignment with business strategy.

GE's Information Management Leadership Program (or IMLP) is the company's main pipeline for future GE IT leaders. The highly competitive 2-year program consists of 4 six-month rotations in which the program member supports the IT strategies of a specific technology or business function (Oracle, Siebel, MES, Finance, Business Development, Manufacturing, etc...)As a program member, I completed rotations in the following areas:- Sales - digitization of product configuration, price and quote practices at GEHC.- ERP (Oracle) Implementations- Finance - digitization of our AR collections procedures- MES - Manufacturing Execution Systems (Highly Regulated Industry)
