My role involves strategic planning, programme development, and overseeing delivery to ensure we meet the diverse needs of our participants and stakeholders. I work collaboratively with our team to design meaningful experiences that drive lasting impact, including our mentoring and resilience programmes for women. As we launch new initiatives, I focus on creating supportive environments, fostering community connections, and driving sustainable growth for our collective.
