Implemented an algorithm that helped in detecting potholes on roads and accumulated data from an app that was made from scratch and the data gathered was due to the people using the app and providing the accelerometer readings from which we had the option to identify the potholes. We also ranked cities on this basis which we called Road Quality Index. Finally, we put the road quality index of all cities on the deployed website and other information regarding potholes like repairing dates, frequency, 1st reported and last repair date.

Created application through which students can register for their vehicle, cooler and get to know about their electricity bills and allotted rooms. The application was devised which used JSF and JPA which are abbreviation for Java Server faces and Java Persistence API respectively. In JSF, the controller was maintained automatically and the JPA provides object mapping with the database table, so there was no need to write plain sql statements. Hibernate was used in the project which is a popular JPA provider. MySQL database was used and Apache TomEE server was used to deploy the application.
