As a Presales Consultant, My job revolves around 360 degree Bid Management which includes Qualification of the opportunity based on PQ and TQ, Responding to RFI / RFP/ RFQ for providers , payers, Health Tech and Life Sciences clients.Preparing the Deal commercials with all the cost inputs and deriving the Gross Margin. Managing all the stakeholder approvals required for the opportunity Legal, Compliance, HR etc.Preparing all the collaterals for the Client Submission.

Maintaining company database of new and forecasted opportunities and stage of activity underway with proposals. Monitoring forecasted opportunities and attending Pre-Engagement discussions Manage the bid qualification (bid go / no go) process for new opportunities & ensuring senior management buy-in on bids Review the RFP/RFI in detail and prepare a synopsis of the same along with a detailed responsibility matrix with stakeholders identified Kick Off-Handshaking across different teams, countries that are involved in the bid process Bid Team detailing and ensuring timelines are followed stringently Time plan based on reverse calculation from the date of submission & follow up on agreed milestones Coordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates as and when required Compiling company project experience credentials documents, formatted CVs and capability statements, references, certificates etc. for bids. Creating and fostering relationships with clients, partners and associates. Liaising with external suppliers and partners – obtaining CVs, fee rates and information on their availability, keeping them informed of project status, obtaining required documentation and in cases where they are leading the bid, providing required documentation. Engage with internal Business Development and pre-sales team including program designers to validate approach, design and pricing assumptions, budget preparation and workplans. Manage virtual bid teams from various countries and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solution teams, finance, commercial and legal Addressal of Customer Pain Points as part of Executive Summary & translating the same into client centric value proposition Ensuring various reviews by designated members & conduct of red team review , Final collation, checking and creation of documents.Submission to the Account Team or to customer as applicable
