Currently, I hold the position of Lead Generation Executive, responsible for generating organic leads without incurring advertising costs. I manage a team of three assistants who support my efforts. Here's an overview of my current tasks:• Organic Lead Generation: I create insightful and engaging content for our YouTube and Instagram channels. Additionally, I write a highly successful newsletter named "SPOTLIGHT-BY-XARTUP," which has grown from 1,500 to more than 330,000 subscribers in just three months, making it one of India's most subscribed newsletters. The newsletter decodes current market trends and news, providing easy-to-understand insights.• Podcast Host: I host our company podcast, interviewing prominent figures from Y Combinator, Antler, and Shark Tank every week.

Investment Analyst & Start-up Counsellor: I gained valuable insights into customer needs by interviewing start-up founders. These interviews assessed their ideas, stages, team sizes, and suitability for Xartup's programs. I provided personalized feedback and identified pain points to better serve them.
