I am currently a student in Institute of Chemical Technology Mumbai perusing Chemical Engineering. So The Story Starts Right away when I used to study Chemistry in std. 8th. I genuinely felt the connection with the subject and then gradually developed curiosity in it! I genuinely like to study and know more about Organic Chemistry as he feels it of being one of the most fascinating topics of rest ones in Chemistry! So to know in and out about each and every aspect in chemical engineering and trying to diversify my knowledge and building up skills is his main motto and agenda now.

  💡Solvent Recovery from the API produced: Spearheaded efforts to enhance solvent recovery, leading to more sustainable and energy efficient operations.Designed the Distillation column system for the recovery of Acetone solvent from Acetone-Water mixture.2. Process Optimization and Cost Effectiveness for an API: Focused on refining production processes to maximize efficiency while minimizing costs.Impact: Reduced the cost required for production of API by Rs.2 Lakhs per Batch & Reduced the Time required for every Batch Operation for the same API by 67.25 hrs.Cumulative Running Batch Time reduced by 14 hrs.⚙️ Hands-On Engineering Experience:I designed critical equipment including Heat Exchangers, Scrubber Systems, Distillation Columns, Condensers, and Cooling Towers. This involved conducting Heat and Mass Balance calculations and Capacity assessments.💼 Industry Exposure:Overall know-how of Production, Process Engineering & Process Development, and Technology Transfer within a leading Pharmaceutical company.
