Sympulse’19 was the biggest international college fest in Pune and one of the biggest in Maharashtra. It had a footfall of 52,000 people over a span of 5 days with 50+ events, having guests like Kiran Bedi, Ayesha Takiya, Gurbax, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Kaneez Surka, etc. There are 5 wings at Sympulse, namely Headlines, Ananya, Symulate, Sprint and SIMUNC and 13 Departments like- Procurement, Security, Sponsorship, Marketing, Technical & Production, etc.Key Result Areas:• Ensured a smooth functioning and execution of all the events in the fest• Coordinated with different wings and departments during the planning stage of the event• Trained the Core Committee comprising of 22 students who were competitively selected from a pool of over 100 applicants• Troubleshooting and coming up with quick fixes on the spot for technical glitches and problems• Setting up and Packing up the structures and physical constructs of the fest• Liaison and negotiation with various vendors in order to rent out the equipment required to run the fest• Liaised with the artists to meet their specific demands• Devised a marketing strategy for selling passes for the flagship event- Sundowner’19

The Academy is one of the many clubs at SCMS, Pune. It relates to events and forums held with literature appreciation at its heart. All of the events have themes of popular movies, books, TV shows, etc. running through them. The club had multiple events in that academic year, all of them being big successes.Key Result Areas:• Organizing various events in the college revolving around the themes of Movies, Books, TV Shows, Music, etc.• Spearheaded the sponsorship initiatives of the club. Successful in winning sponsorship from local establishments for conducting events• Conducted events from the ground and kept student participation high• Coordinating with college administration in getting the events approved and permission to go through with a correct plan of action

Dineout is a restaurant reservation platform where users can book restaurant tables and other experiences at the click of a button while also enjoying varied discounts and offers available on the app.Key Result Areas:• Devised a marketing strategy plan to increase app usage via promotion on social media platforms• Organized and executed brand building activities across social media platforms• End-to-end customer acquisition.
