As co-founder of the Institute Student Mentorship Program (ISMP) at IIT Ropar, I was responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive mentorship program for freshman students. The goal of ISMP was to provide guidance and support to students on a range of critical issues, including academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, and how to achieve a healthy balance between them. The ISMP team has grown to more than 100 mentors and thousands of students as mentees, and I am proud to be a part of the founding team.
