I single-handedly sourced and recruited 18+ team members within 1 weeks time, successfully conducted the assessment exams of 50,000+ papers, for 4,800 students, from 24 schools, in 4 different districts/locations, within 2 weeks time. This included providing training to each and every recruit to monitor the classes, educate the students about the exams, and manually assessing each and every paper filled by the students.This included planning the exam time-table, keeping in mind which subjects to be taken when, which employee to report at what time, managing proper transportation and food, school timings and their districts, considering public holidays, etc.This included visiting each and every school, talking to the principles, educating them and ensuring maximum presence.This included getting manually checked all the 50,000+ papers within a tight deadline, ensuring 100% accuracy is maintained. -
