About Aayush Pandit
I am graduate student at The University of Kansas, currently pursuing a master's degree in Environment and Water resources engineering. I have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Tribhuvan University. My core competencies include modeling, GIS, Python, statistical analysis, and deep learning.In my current role, I have been involved in three major projects: evaluating the industry benchmark for model performance, developing a CONUS scale nitrate model using LSTM, and simulating stormwater and nutrient loads in Hillsdale lake using SWAT. These projects have enabled me to apply my skills in data collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation, as well as to collaborate with other researchers and stakeholders. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of water resources management and environmental protection, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
