Engineering Program Manager
Current- Led a team of 8 Engineers across the US and China to develop the most powerful post-curing device for resin-based 3D printing application from concept to launch, reducing post-curing times from 65 minutes to 5 minutes- Worked extensively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Industrial Design, Quality Control, and Production teams, and implemented Modified Agile for Hardware concept for product development at SprintRay, enabling the development team to capture and react to new requirements swiftly- Modified the phase-gate product development strategy to create an amalgamation of Waterfall, at a higher level, and Agile, at week to week level, and incorporated JIRA methodology throughout R&D projects at SprintRay promoting contributing team ownership and improving visibility to external stakeholders- Collaborated with component and fabrication vendors in the US and in China to navigate through complex supply chain issues faced in 2021 and Delivered the product which helped increase SprintRay’s overall sales volume by 300% and facilitated key strategic enterprise partnerships - Enabled Sprintray to increase its IP footprint in the 3D printing industry by filing for 3 patents in 2021 across multiple product categories
