I am Aayush Patel, currently working as a Director of Marketing at Expresolv Limited India . Did my Master of Science in management from United States top ranked management University, The University of Texas at Dallas and did my bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat's one of the top universities, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University. I live in a close-knit joint family, wherein there has always been an encouraging atmosphere to study well. My father is a Science Graduate with a specialization in Chemistry with a Post Diploma Management degree. He is currently a well-established businessman running two firms, including a trading firm A and A Orgo Chem Private Limited and manufacturing firm Expresolv Limited. That's where I got inspired and started thinking about life, making my mind clear about the things I am willing to and want to do in my life. I generally like to gather more knowledge about everything about the current world affairs of any field and was always keen to know how one can follow their dreams. As a businessman's son, there is always a social pressure about the common notion of being privileged in one way & it is easier to join the business, and the rest will be readily served. But to what I understand, there is double the pressure as you have to be self-sufficient enough to get more success and prove your worth constantly. These thoughts changed my mind and inspired me to take a Management program that would help me polish my leadership skills and manage the team. As a result, I thought of my leadership skill of mine and started a company which is a helping company to my father's firm as it is a logistic company which provides transportation and delivery of the products to the customer facility to his company, it was a small experiment at the beginning, but eventually, it was pretty helpful and thought of letting it run, I am the proprietor of A and A logistics since 2019. Also at my time as a business management intern at Uncode.io as my curriculum practical training, I worked in several department like HR, market research and business development, working in multiple department had made me better with my multitasking skill.In today's age, I think we must understand that the only way to build a successful business is to inculcate a culture of collaboration, clever accounting, and creating business models that can not only sustain economic storms but can also ensure that every decision made within the organization takes into consideration its environmental impact.
