As the Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, including the development of software requirement specifications, the selection of appropriate technology stacks based on project requirements, and the management of the tech team.My role involves project management, where I collaborate closely with the team to design systems, including both high-level and low-level designs, database architectures, and research & finalize third-party integrations. Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing DevOps for our projects and defining the overall technical strategy for the company.

As a leader of development operation decisions, project workflow and team management, I have successfully guided the Full Stack, Symfony(LAMP) and DevOps Teams to deliver high-quality solutions. I have also worked closely with business development operations and interconnecting projects to improve ROI and ensure customer satisfaction. I was responsible for designing and building a web application that consisted of a Symfony API and a React & React Native Frontend. The application allowed users to create shoppable canvases using a Fabric.js based Drag & Drop editor. I was solely responsible for the DevOps process using AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, SES, Route53, and Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) as well as the setup and management of a self-hosted horizontally scaled MongoDB Database (NoSQL).

As a Senior Applications Engineer, I led a team of remote developers for MyYogaOnline.com, one of the world's largest yoga video companies, now part of Gaiam Inc. My key achievements were: Developing a two-way user messaging system, Introducing Vagrant and setting up a base development environment for the whole team to replicate, resulting in faster and more consistent deployments, creating a 15-day trial system that increased conversions and retention rates and successfully leading the release of three practice yoga guides.

As a front-end developer, I was responsible for creating HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery solutions for various EdTech products. I also handled the CSS3 development and ensured that the frontends were responsive and compatible with all devices. In addition, I supported the Symfony and PHP development teams and integrated the design elements with the backend functionality.

I created a custom WordPress theme and plugin from scratch, using Photoshop for the design and HTML for the conversion. I also set up the domain and hosting for the website. As a community manager and moderator, I oversaw the site administration and ensured a positive user experience.

As the sole person on the tech team, I was responsible for creating and maintaining the website and the tech infrastructure. I built a catalog, page, and contact system from scratch and then later migrated it to WordPress. I designed the website's appearance, coded it in HTML, and converted it into a custom WordPress theme and a plugin.I also handled all the tech assets such as domains, servers, and emails. I managed server migration and email migration to GSuite and ensured regular backups.
