I develop the “Flows” feature which lets businesses automate their communications to clients. My responsibilities include backlog prioritization, and working on large hypotheses from discovery of client problems to solutions refining, delivery and metrics gathering:- Led the creation of the “Webhooks” feature, which brought the company couple large clients and additional monthly income- Redesigned the main page of Mindbox, which marketers use in almost every session. Redesign also made possible the new sales demo- Refined and brought to production more than 40 small stories that improve the UX and functionality of the product- Expanded Flows’ SLA, so today more automated marketing campaigns are guaranteed to work fast to meet client’s expectations- For each major story I worked on, I implemented tracking of engagement metrics and performance metrics for Flows in general and specific features

Managed clients’ projects and helped them achieve success from the implementation of Mindbox:- Successfully managed 10 client projects simultaneously- Onboarded 3 junior project managers onto a team- As an internal pet project, together with 2 colleagues I developed a tool to automate client integration with Mindbox

Worked in the department of digital solutions and innovations. In a team, we launched a pilot project to support patients with diabetes in Vologda, Russia. My responsibilities included project support and management of educational materials for patients:- Created a detailed Customer Journey Map of the project, which simplified interaction for all the stakeholders- Described the requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM system used in a project- Supported the creation, distribution and modification of educational content
