- Reporting to the Director of Operations with full responsibility of the Operations for the 3PL function in Amman, Jordan.- Responsibilities covering +17,000 square meters of multi-location warehousing operations including dry, ambient, bonded and duty paid, +60 Employees. - Ensure client requirements are met in keeping with SLA obligations, while responsible for the Accounts of the company’s key clients. - Review the statistical analysis with respect to operational volumes and resources utilization and recommend, measure/motivate enhanced levels of performance. - Manage and ensure all Quality, Health and Safety compliance, standards and legislation are being met and adhered to, while promoting a safe working environment. - Negotiate and setup service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.- Investigate product non-conformity and propose corrective and preventive actions to the Director of Operations- Major Projects experience includes Samsung Levant, British American Tobacco, Huawei, Norwegian Refugee Council, and UNICEF (Humanitarian Logistics)Key Accomplishments:- Meeting Operational KPIs for 2015- Participated in establishing and Implementing ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System- Successfully lead the Warehouse Management System (WMS) upgrade project including setting up requirements and testing- Achieved key projects contractual Operational KPIs while reducing customer complaints

- Assess and analyze the current situation of business entities- Build and design organizational structures for business entities- Support the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of all projects- Perform business analysis to prepare FRDs (Functional Requirement Document) for Microsoft AX Dynamics- Design and develop organizational manuals, such as policies, procedures, forms, workflow processes- Work with clients to implement the delivered solutions to meet project performance expectations- Serve as project coordinator between consultancy team and clients
