I have hands-on experience with the entire TPRM lifecycle - Pre-Planning, Onboarding, Ongoing, Exit. The different activities such as SPOC assignment, defining criticality for the Vendors, Risk Assessment, Due- Diligence, Security Clauses that need to be in the contracts, NDA, MSA and SLA review, on- site audits, having a backup plan/vendor, exit strategy, how to close the TPRM process i.e. invoice clearance, return of asset, revoking of access, etc.What sets me apart is not just my technical proficiency but also my ability to communicate effectively with top management.
