Supported the Maryland State Department of Information Technology (MD DoIT) Device (Computer) Refresh Initiative in the following Maryland State Government agencies:• Maryland Department of Information Technology • Maryland Higher Education Commission • Maryland State Department of Education • Maryland Department of Natural Resources • Maryland Department of Aging • Department of Budget and ManagementThe scope of this effort included: • Reimaged new laptop computers for windows 10 or 11. • Installed off-the-shelf and special/proprietary software based on each agency's needs often with little or no instruction. • Worked with state IT personnel to: (1) schedule and execute new device deployments to minimize downtime for agency employees, and (2) resolve emerging issues in a timely manner. • Ensured that each agency employee had a working system, connected to the appropriate network and domain, with appropriate working software and peripherals.SharePoint Project • Developing, modifying, and updating SharePoint intranet page to enhance internal operational productivity • Creating a shared collaborative environment within the organization & facilitating project collaboration.
