Responsibilities :- Develop and establish OSH audit procedure and enforcement policy- Develop and establish occupational accident and injury reporting procedure- Ensure facilities, machineries and industrial activities comply with local legislation and requirement- Conduct OSH audit and enforcement on workers and contractors- Investigate occupational related accident and injury case- Conduct classroom training and tool box (site) briefing- Carry out plant wide facilities and machineries inspection- Conduct industrial hygiene and health compliance- Conduct contractor safety and security briefing/induction- Develop and establish personal protective equipment, first aid and emergency facilities provision- Handle and manage personal protective equipment and first aid provision- Develop and establish general waste and scheduled waste management system- Carry out dust collector performance monitoring- Carry out sewage treatment plant performance monitoring- Handle and manage scheduled waste and solid wasteAchievement:- Completed application for 9 units of PMA, 5 units of PMT- Completed application for 9 units of chimneys/stacks- Initiate to develop HSE Policy, Standard Operating Procedure, and HIRARC- Initiate improvement plan for wood cutting machine, dust collector system, scheduled waste storage area- Initiate to develop emergency response team

Responsibilities :• Safety- Monitor and provide feedback for safe work protocols, practices and working environment- Arrangements Safety, Health and Environment system in workplace- Responsible on accident investigations- Responsible on fire fighting equipment management - Responsible on crane, compressor and machine audit - Responsible in construction/project management related to safety & health at workplace- Responsible on Certificate of fitness renewal (PMA, PMT and PMD)- Conduct workplace observation, inspection, audit and assessment activities related to safety, health and environment matters- Carry out enforcement of safety, health and environment rules, procedures, instructions on Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and other related act.- Prepare and distribute all necessary documentation and paperwork related to safety, health and environment- Support in on- site Emergency Response Teams and carry out necessary activities and drills including maintaining of first aid boxes, fire fighting equipment, ambulance and fire engine- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control activities (HIRARC) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) - Conduct audiometric test for workers- Take lead in planning, implement and coordinate safety programs for the prevention and/or corrective action of any unsafe environmental working condition.- Promote safe workplace by identifying and monitoring potential hazards to people or property.- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, identity and evaluate occupational exposures to harmful substances.- Propose recommendations for control or elimination of hazards in accordance with OSHA requirements - Conduct audits/reviews/evaluate to ensure compliance to safety, health and environmental issues.- Enforcement of legislation, SHE rules and regulations towards employees and contractors.- Assist superior to implement measures to control risk to acceptable level.
