USAID Bijoyee Activity is a five-year initiative focused on Positive Youth Development (PYD) principles, aimed at enhancing local-led development in Bangladesh. It places young women and socially excluded youth at the forefront as core participants and decision-makers. The program intends to equip youth with essential skills, strengthen youth-led organizations (YLOs), and foster an enabling environment for youth engagement. This initiative adopts a gender-responsive and socially inclusive approach to ultimately reach a diverse group of 250,000 youth, with a special focus on those ‘Not in Education, Employment, or Training’ (NEET) (82%), women (60%), host communities in Cox’s Bazaar (6%), youth with disabilities (1-3%), indigenous youth (1.7%), youth with diverse sexual orientation and gender identities (SOGI), and Dalit youth.

Contributed to the successful reintegration of returning migrants under the Project Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE), funded by the World Bank to the Government of Bangladesh's Wage Earner's Welfare Board (WEWB). Collaborated with IOM as the lead consultant and various Govt bodies at the Sylhet Welfare Center.

Analyzed exam results, provided targeted support to weaker students, and maintained a high pass rate. Emphasized inclusivity, offered psychosocial counseling, and managed classroom resources efficiently. Contributed to school planning, aligning teaching activities with organizational goals and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly. Mastered clear communication and efficient problem-solving through phone inquiries and complaints. Proficient in using technical tools and CRM systems for accurate complaint tracking. Maintained high call quality, managing diverse customer situations with attention to detail.
