Responsible for organizing existing and new SOUL member congregations, community groups and other institutions on the Far South Side and in the South Suburbs.

I oversee three of our offices in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Denver to build membership and raise over two million dollars for HRC each year.Responsibilities: -Making hiring decisions about entry level organizing positions-Running national trainings 3 times a year to train entry level organizers-Managing three lead directors and multiple assistant directors to run their own offices that each have 6-50 staff-Canvassing and fundraising myself three times a month-Reporting on national fundraising numbers and maintaining organizational integrity with our finances-Analyzing performance metrics to improve fundraising and recruitment within offices
