Handover the responsibilities of ALSTOM’s Quality Manager, ALSTOM’s Trackworks Quality Manager and ALSTOM’s OCS Quality Managers in the new organization To support also Tunisia and Algeria Projects for Prototype and FAT inspections for OCS’s Galvanized Steel Materials. Create the team spirit in the new Infra Quality team, to train and develop the team about the activities and the quality processes. Reinforce the Alstom Quality Department’s relations with other departments, partners, suppliers and the client in order to ensure proper execution of the necessary works related to quality. To review existing quality data and works done in order to identify critical deviation and deficiencies (NCR and CONQ). Take necessary corrective actions and put in place policies to prevent repetition. Continuously report and update PM and QM about the progress of work. To ensure that the Quality System Processes and a documentation system are put in place in line with AMD contractual requirements for all manufactured materials and site activities. (Monthly Progress Report, ITPs, Work Inspection Notices (WIN), CWIRs, NCRs, Surveillance Reports, QA/QC Records Data Packages (Both Suppliers/Manufacturers and Site Installation Lots, etc.)

Construction Quality Engineer- Develop Construction Quality Processes in accordance with related project documents and processes.- Follow up the handover process between ALSTOM and its partners, maintain associated records.- Put in place a filing system according to the goals of Testing & Commissioning Plan.- Set up and maintain punch-list databases according to Quality Plan for ALSTOM construction activities. Follow up due dates for timely close-out of outstanding activities. Manage the process and maintain the documentation regarding CWIR’s.- Prepare relevant ALSTOM subsystem documentation and data packages to be incorporated into T&C Data Packages. - Assist the ALSTOM Construction Managers for their site visits on all matters related to quality control processes.- Keep minutes of site records and visits.- Attend ALSTOM QA Meetings as the ALSTOM Construction Team representative.- Advise the Construction Manager related to changes in the Quality Procedure at the ALSTOM level.

• April 2008 – June 2009; • ALSTOM Transport Turkey. Trackwork Quality Engineer- Control and monitor the trackwork quality activities on site.- Control and monitor the trackwork material supply to ensure compliance with the project requirements.- Implementation of Factory Acceptance Tests (Sleepers, Bearers, Fasteners, Balast. etc) and Material Receiving Inspections of all trackwork materials.- Monitoring of the material suppliers by joint inspection with Client Representatives for the release of the pre-cast sleepers, bearers, fasteners and ballast.- Control Manufacturing Inspection and Testing of sleepers, bearers, fasteners and balast according to the relevant inspection test plans.- Monitor Third Party Testing upon instruction of the trackwork QC Manager.- Preparation of Quality inspection test plans according to the technical specifications, contract and Project requirements.- Prepare, compile and submit Quality inspection and testing reports and non-conformity reports. Monitor the Non Conformance Reports close out actions on site- Update/compile the Manufacturer QC Records Data Packages together with trackwork QC Administrator.- Check equipment and goods arriving to stockyard, performing receiving inspection.- Monitor and up-date the list of all Rejected and Quarantined materials.- Monitor of equipment and tool calibration.

Shopping Center • To Control and monitor of the quality activities during constructions of the shopping Center. • To ensure that the Quality System Processes and a documentation system are put in place in line with contractual requirements for all manufactured materials (Precast) and construction works. • To support Construction manager during construction works. • To perform Factory Inspections during production of precast elements and performance of FAT for manufactured items. • To Coordinate and monitor quality technicians during construction and site activities. • Submission of work authorization forms, quality reports and daily reports to the consultant. • To apply necessary design changes to concrete according to the weather conditions and strength requirements to speed up the progress. • To ensure that all materials are full filling the technical specifications and contractual requirements
