As a Consultant at InfusionPoints I am a part of small team responsible for building security programs for State and Federal Government, banking, insurance, finance, retail, and healthcare industries. This role has broadened my experience with systems engineering & administration for Windows and Linux; and has provided in-depth experience with a variety of the RedHat acronyms (RHEL, RHCS, RHUI, RHNSS, RHEV). InfusionPoints built, monitors, and maintains the NTT Data Cloud for Government (formerly the Dell Cloud for US Government), for which my main responsibilities are building, optimizing, and ensuring the stability of the virtual environment from hypervisors out to the client interface.As the InfusionPoints NSOC Manager, I provide leadership to a team which provides security monitoring for multiple small to mid-size businesses. We work to continually enhance our skills through training, certification, and table-top exercises. In addition to the above, I am performing a variety of roles which include the following tasks: network administration, firewall administration, security monitoring, server hardening, incident response, disaster recovery, vulnerability scanning, research and development of deployable assessment platforms, and automation of static and dynamic procedures.I have also been given the awesome opportunity to teach secure coding classes for our clientele, as well as Python introduction courses at security conferences.
