After many years of working in the field of Maintenance, Operation and Asset Management in the Oil & Gas and Maritime sectors, I am now keen to leverage my professional ability and thereby seek new avenues for career prospects in a global organization of high repute. I have a total of 26 years of working experience in the above fields with Saudi Aramco and IMI, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I started my carrier as a Maintenance Engineer on April 1996 and though carrier progression, I resigned from Saudi Aramco on October 2018 as a Maintenance Superintendent. Now, I am working for International Maritime Industries (IMI) company as Asset Management General Manager. During the course of my tenure, I have developed high level of Managerial and Technical proficiency in coordinating and executing all activities of Operation and Maintenance of terminal plants, pipelines, pump stations and power distributions networks. I have adequate experience in various maintenance techniques such as breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance and planned maintenance including latest techniques of Maintenance Management such as SAP, Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) etc. Apart from the plant & equipment maintenance, I have also managed benchmarking studies with different international agents such as Solomon and Juran Institute. I am also certified by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), UK as Certified Asset Management Professional. I am analytical, committed, and I have a keen interest in solving problems, ensuring smooth operations, leading by an example and constantly meeting targets as defined by the company. My accomplishments include but not limited to the following: Built, and implemented two Asset Management Systems (AMS) for two different companies including but not limited to the policy, strategy, objectives, plans and activities according to ISO 55001 Managed to get the the ISO 55001, Asset Management certification for the two companies Developed more than 50 SOPs and maintenance procedures Developed spare parts strategy Developed outsourcing strategy Developed asset management contracting strategy Established the asset management function including organization structure, recruitment, roles and responsibilities and job descriptions Played a vital role in establishing companywide KPIs dashboard leading to improvement in maintenance performance by 10%.
