Through this transformation, we aspire to elevate the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction of everyone involved, ushering in a new era of digitization in our firm.Responsibility Areas:- Middle East support & rollout.- Standardization of delivery.- Ensure continuous improvement.- Facilitate integration of assets.Projects:- Establish a Support model for Digital Assets; onboard L1, L2, L3 teams for all Assets.- Setup Managed Services; enable and manage the integration of digital assets to Engagement Center as part of managed services to optimize service delivery to clients.- Develop assets as requested by BUs.Operations:- Inventorize assets in use across TLS and ensure minimum documentation.- Promote and enable reuse and improvement of existing assets.- ME IT/ Tech Advisory regular ‘Touchpoint’ meetings.- Ensure effective communication of enhancements and ongoing developments on the assets to business users.- Manage the implementation and rollout of in-house developed, global or other acquired assets.- Ensure the necessary R&Q review and sign offs are provided on the use of the digital assets.- Upskilling / training of Digital Asset team.

• Information Systems Pioneers. (March 2008 – September 2008)Its a training courses for 8 months, its aim it to make the employee to be highly qualified to work within a bank system. The last 3 months was a practical training in the IT department of the bank.• Technical Specialist (September 2008 – March 2009)Worked in platform department on supporting and deploying main frames and platforms systems based on Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003 such as Microsoft Windows Active Directory 2003 (Domain Controller), Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005, Microsoft Operations Manager 2007, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Server.• Development Specialist (April 2009 – Present)- Working in Trade Finance Development Department on supporting and developing systems and programs to enhance the core banking systems.- Cash Management System (CMGT): developing the interface between the core bank system AS/400 (back end system) and the front end system (CMGT).- Trade Finance Online System: developing the interface between the core trade finance system and the online web site, with customizing the web site using a tool kit and JS scripts, responsible for upgrading the system and enhance the functionality.- Administration and configuration the Moody’s RA System versions 5.3 and 6.3, RA provides Comprehensive View of Firm's Counter-Party Risk by Combining Financial Spreading, Credit Analysis & Robust Data Storage Using One Flexible, and Secure Enterprise Platform.- Developing .Net applications and web services based on framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4, VB.Net, C#.Net.
