Reporting directly to Financial Director, I have the following tasks:Responsibility for processing accounts payable invoices, statements and other payments;Processing internal accounting documents;Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy (especially at the end of the month);Communication and cooperation with supervisor and chief stations;Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), banks or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues;Develops good client relationships and good relations with the banks;Registration of documents to Revenue Offices and to Commerce Register;Manage the cash book;Input in Sap ( Accountancy Program ) all the treasury movements – more specified, registration in SAP bank extras and daily petty cashResponsible for the collection of receivables, monitoring payments and over dues;Financial analysis of customers and suggesting credit limit allocation;Managing the relations with debtors;Support for the sales team in order to manage payment plans;Monitoring customer payments and preparing the cash flow forecast; Reconciling with customers account statements;Drawing up different reports regarding the customers’ situation;

Approaching potential clients;Interviewing clients in order to identify their financial needs; Analyzing client needs;Identifying the most appropriate solution based on the client’s financial situation;Continuous communication with the client, offering full assistance during the contract; Being up-to-date with market evolution, identifying possible opportunities.
