Direct all operations, marketing and development efforts for three E-Commerce art web stores• Initiate and develop relationships with artists, publishers and editors of Condé Nast magazine brands• Provide lead art and copy direction for all marketing materials including print and web advertising, direct mail, and collateral• Manage marketing, production, and customer service teams• Responsible for performance reviews, resource organization and management• Evaluate financial goals, trends, and forecasts to determine when and where to partner with outside vendors and licensees• Travel locally and overseas to approve press runs and to research product production and development options

Marketing, Brand Management and Product Development duties included:• Manage marketing and operations budget• Manage customer acquisition tactics (SEM, affiliate marketing, print advertising, catalog) • Manage customer retention tactics (E-mail, direct mail, order inserts, web promotions)• Evaluate web metrics to determine benchmarks, upcoming tactics, goals and results• Market and trend research• Project and track success of weekly marketing and product campaigns• Work with magazine staffs to approve weekly and monthly print ads, placement, and priorities • Negotiate and purchase outside media for consumer, licensing, and custom product campaigns• Oversee Web merchandising to ensure sites are updated weekly and in accordance with other marketing efforts• Research new web technologies to keep the websites and marketing campaigns relevant in current industry• Oversee brand identity and adherence to style guide and brand standards• Review and approve all licensee products to ensure proper use of art and brand• Review in-house and outsourced products for quality control• Design product and package art• Negotiate profit and commission shares with outside artists and production partners
