Quality Analyst - Polaris Adventures
Identified and monitored Polaris Adventures’ key performance indicators and business quality standards on an ad-hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Had hands on experience working with and collaborating cross functionally on confidential business data to identify, develop, and create meaningful insights, dashboards, and reports. Utilized Power BI, Excel, internal CRM software, Alteryx, and Amazon Quick Sights to report on critical business insightsManaged monthly Compliance and Risk team metrics meetings to identify, review, and monitor team’s progress towards Polaris Adventures’ goals and maintain business quality standards. These reports were utilized and communicated to upper management on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis.Worked with other GBU’s within Polaris to utilize internal CRM software, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power BI to gather critical Polaris Adventures data for business insight reports.Developed and honed skills via training on various workflows to increase knowledge of project management and other useful analytical skills. Training included, but was not limited to, Root Cause Investigation Practitioner and SME Training, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training.Developed and managed the production of all critical confidential documentation within the Polaris Adventures Business Unit, including policies, processes, and work instructions. Developed templates for all new and preexisting documentation to maintain consistency. Created an effective intake process to prioritize and timely develop new documentation for all Polaris Adventures’ business units. Managed communication and facilitated documentation development and review steps on a standard cadence.Conducted and completed thorough Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEA) for internal processes. Once completed, took impacted teams through all options for action plans to mitigate identified high risk scenarios, including short and long-term action plans.
Sickle Cell Disease Research Technician
Widened knowledge on biophysical properties within sickle cell disease. Incorporated previous understanding of physics, math, to become successful a new environment. Completed experiments studying rheological properties of sickled red blood cells in normoxic and hypoxic conditions, as well as testing the variances with differing drug compounds. This helps the understanding of vaso-occlusion sites in patients, as well as how each drug can help prevent pain crises and decrease the rate of deterioration of vital organs, increasing lifespans and overall quality of life.Utilized MATLAB to create new analyses honed for understanding the data gathered for rheological experiments as well as longitudinal Gene Therapy and Drug Study. These analyses use mathematical cleaning and calculates average bulk velocities of each oxygen tension (from hypoxic to normoxic). Using this, conclusions of bulk rheology become more apparent for drug efficacy and can be compared to smaller scaled experiments, such as single cell QAC, and Molecular HbS polymerization studies.Sustained a managerial role to oversee all lab functions, including all purchasing, safety protocol maintenance, machinery maintenance, chemical inventory, and chemical waste management. Worked in tandem with Lab Safety Officer to coordinate annual lab trainings and oversee lab inspections. Later absorbed the duties of LSO into current managerial role.Utilized a UMN database repository called Projmon to organize and manage data collected by all sickle cell lab members. Worked directly with Projmon creator, Dan McDonald, to initiate new data uploading workflows for all sickle cell members. This new protocol ensures accurate and up-to-date data management, security, and searchability for future studies/lab members.Used LaTeX to transcribed optimized procedure for multiple aspects of lab function for future students/researchers, including useful graphics, direct links to UMN sites, and potential troubleshooting solutions.

2019-2020 - Studied Supernova Remnant G330.2+1.02020-2021- Gamma Rays from Massive star Clusters G25 & G27• Responsible for leading two major research projects as a collaborator at University of North Florida UNF with Stanford University and NASA Goddard’s data bases to study gamma ray emission from various stellar objects. The analyses performed further NASA’s understanding of other astrophysical phenomena such as cosmic rays, stellar nurseries, and supernovae bursts.• Utilized fermipy, a Fermi Large Area Telescope (LAT) python derivative code to complete various data analytics and visualization such as pylikelihood analyses, spectral energy distributions and fit productions.• Required to take minutes and write correspondence with UNF Associate Professors and Stanford University LAT collaborators to document progress and ensure project completion. • Post-graduation I advised and counseled UNF undergraduate researchers to further the analysis of the “Gamma Rays from Massive star Clusters G25 & G27” project to advance the study of cosmic ray accelerants.

Marketing Data Analyst
Quantitatively analyzed various marking tactics to expand consumer callback rates. Gathered and examined thousands of data points to then mathematically quote properties derived from previous data using Excel functions. Discovered most efficient and effective routes to speed up productivity while still achieving agency goal of a higher callback rate from prospective clientele. Developed automation process for executing and delivering agency literature, while increasing overall productivity and callback by 150% and 120%, respectively. Used LaTeX to transcribed optimized automation processes into a manual for owner and future analysts, including useful function code and potential troubleshooting solutions.
