Adam is an experienced Delivery Lead, Service Lead and former Project Manager who has worked in a variety of roles within Health & Public Service at Accenture during a 15 year career with the Management Consultancy firm. During this time, Adam has managed and supported the successful completion of multiple bodies of work including system integration, data localisation and migration activities, technology re-platforming, data analysis and management, and has driven efforts to deliver large scale client transformation in Central Government and Healthcare clients across the UK.Adam is currently the Service Lead on the NHSmail platform, a complex service supporting 18,000 NHS Organisations with more than 1.8million end users. He manages a 40-strong team made up of extremely talented and experienced professionals split into 6 engineering resolver teams handling approximately 20,000 service tickets per month. Adam is also responsible for cementing and managing a critical cross-border dependency through oversight of our Helpdesk resources situated in Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai. The NHSmail service is truly business critical and organisations rely on it to ensure they are able to communicate effectively, efficiently, and accurately with minimal disruption and with patient welfare as the top priority. However, utilising relationships forged during the hard yards, and with a strong focus on Client/Supplier collaboration and strong leadership, the team continue to successfully deliver the service to an extremely high standard.An accomplished leader and excellent communicator, Adam builds successful client relationships and effectively manages complex stakeholder environments.
