Study coordinator for investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored clinical trials into rare inborn errors of metabolism.• Coordinate the use of clinical research services across OHSU departments for single and multi-center clinical research trials.• Recruit, screen, and schedule study subjects for research studies. Conduct research consent and data collection during research visits. Manage subject payments & reimbursements.• Ensure research procedures are carried out per the protocol, Good Clinical Practice, and HIPAA guidelines. Report protocol deviations and adverse events as appropriate.• Coordinating Center coordinator for multi-center study; oversee research data entry, issue data queries to maintain data accuracy and quality, organize multi-center meetings, prepare multi-center reports, meeting agendas & minutes, maintain a shared library of current study documents, and create/maintain a study-wide manual of operating procedures.• Collaborate with the principal investigator in developing study budgets and protocols. Develop operating manuals and source documents and ensure they follow protocol and internal and external policies and regulatory requirements.• Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance, subject tracking, and data entry through the use of eIRB, eCRIS, REDCap, EPIC, and sponsor EDC platforms.• Perform statistical data analysis and contribute to abstracts, manuscripts, and scientific conference presentations.• Provide education and training to new hires on OHSU research policies and procedures, department contacts, and research resources.• Write lab newsletter, organize an ongoing journal club for clinical research coordinators, and create and maintain a lab website.
