Ticketmaster is a leader in the promotion of live events offering services for ticketing, sponsorship and advertising. I was promoted in early 2020 to the Engineer III role, and during my tenure I have contributed to QA initiatives on multiple internal teams including Android, SEO, A/B Testing, Growth, and the Discovery team responsible for the primary Ticketmaster site, APIs, and elements of the mobile apps. Ticketmaster’s Android and iOS apps have 250k+ daily active users and grossed nearly $1bn in 2019.My responsibilities include writing test plans, test cases, and test results reports, and participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning/grooming, daily scrums, and sprint demos. I execute end to end automation scripts in QA, stage, and production environments using Gitlab CI, and document defects in JIRA. I have also performed ad-hoc/exploratory grey-box testing to verify API functionality and data accuracy.Project highlights:• Built a reusable automation test framework for the team using Cucumber and Selenium to test various new features to verify functionality of new and existing features. • Built and implemented SEO regression automation from scratch for the new Ticketmaster site which reduced QA time from three days to 20 minutes.• Contributed to development of CI pipelines using Gitlab CI and Jenkins.• Developed API testing framework in POSTMAN.

RGPacific provides web design, online marketing, and E-commerce solutions. In this role I served on E-commerce development teams and managed a four member QA team that included local and offshore members. My day to day work included testing Web Services request and response using SOAPUI, distributed load testing using Gatling and Blazemeter to recommend improvements, and writing SQL queries in Sequel Pro for testing backend data.Project highlights:• Built test automation frameworks for iOS and Android applications using Appium (Java) and XCUITest (Swift). • Implemented Jenkins to run Selenium scripts on a scheduled basis.

My role was focused on testing of web content management systems in an Agile/Scrum environment with functional, end-to-end, integration, and regression testing. Project highlights: • Investigated web browser issues using Firebug.• Leveraged JIRA to track bugs, create dashboards, make change requests, and assign tasks.
