As SVP of Global Strategic Growth and Development, my overall responsibility is to drive revenue growth by providing strategic and operational leadership for both Ivy Exec and InnovateMR, which joined forces via growth capital investment from private equity firm, CIVC. Since our acquisition in January of 2023, we have dramatically expanded our B2B Research & Expert Network Capabilities, enhancing the value proposition for our clients by enabling the combined company to provide both qualitative and quantitative research services at superior quality levels. Today, my responsibilities are primarily focused on the following: 1) Identify, develop and operationalize key revenue drivers for the combined business. This includes product expansion from B2B qualitative research into B2B quantitative; full service research via strategic partnerships; and new market expansion as an expert network services provider to consulting, technology, private equity, and other financial institutions. 2) Oversee our global sales operations across both Ivy Exec and InnovateMR, with a focus on enhancing sales processes, strategies and reporting that can drive business growth and market expansion.3) Working alongside our sales and marketing teams, I support initiatives tied to integrating sales and marketing efforts related to brand alignment, new client acquisition, and strategic client growth and development. 4) Communicate thought leadership through articles, speaking engagements, webinars and other initiatives that showcase our organization’s collective position as a pre-eminent leader in market research, UX research, and private equity due diligence research.

Since our strategic acquisition by InnovateMR, a portfolio company of CIVC, I have been instrumental in operationalizing key revenue drivers and scaling our qualitative research and expert network services. My role involves harnessing my skills in new business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue operations to grow our market position and deliver superior quality services to our insights clients.

I led our organization's exceptionally talented B2B Business Units, which support existing and potential customers that wish to reach & engage our online network of global business leaders.

The Executive MBA Council (EMBAC) Board of Trustees sets council goals and charts the strategies for council initiatives. The membership elects candidates for open trustee positions each year. The board includes 11 academic voting members and a corporate member representative as an ex-officio.

Promote positive, active relationships among NCSSM alumni and the larger NCSSM community in support of the school’s educational mission, and to focus such relationships towards volunteerism, financial giving and stewardship of NCSSM. Chairman of Association's Fundraising Committee, assisting the Development Office of NCSSM in meeting the Annual Fund and NCSSM Foundation yearly fundraising goals.

Entrepreneurship competition running the course of an academic year. Includes an Elevator Pitch, Executive Summary, and Business Plan Competition. Assisted Committee Chairman in executing four-part strategy to identify, engage, and sustain involvement of former participants, organizers, and sponsors of the competition.

Selected as one of 3,300, from a pool of 19,000 applicants nationwide, to serve in a highly acclaimed national service corps of college graduates who commit 2 years to teach in under-resourced regions to close the educational achievement gap. Utilized data-driven instruction to help 84% of 125 students reach grade-level competency. Chaired school’s Data Analysis Committee to develop data-driven methods for instructional planning and delivery.
