I have held and maintained jobs since I was 14. I have 15 years of work experience, I have never called in sick or taken a day off. My job becomes my life, I enjoy being committed and loyal to a job and a company. I have experience in many avenues of life including operating my own personal business. I have many years of experience upholding two and three jobs at a time. I spent six years of my life working 80+ hours a week. Every kitchen I worked in had a Classically trained Chef that I sought guidance, mentor ship, and council. I was able to take on responsibility and execute the tasks at hand properly. I am capable of inventing, and writing recipes. I am able to analyze and uphold a proper and appropriate food cost analysis. I have strong leadership capabilities and training. I am currently working towards the Google project management certification, as well as beginning a business degree trajectory. I recently began writing a series of books awaiting publishing. I have traveled through all forty-eight continental states, I have cooked in seven of them. I operated and maintained a custom jewelry, mineral and gemstone business while I traveled full time. I also have experience installing solar systems on travel trailers and motorhomes. I have commercial farm experience where I held and maintained a role of leadership.
