- Develop objectives, policies, processes, and procedures for what is commercially required (and consistent with sound management practices) to properly maintain, repair, and operate company premises- Manage and plan the shop/restaurant interior fit out from the conception through to the implementation in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time and the cost and quality standards are maintained.- Identify and recommend project resources for procurement, provide specifications, perform technical evaluation / assessment of quotes and ensure effective follow up where appropriate- Oversee and coordinate all activities associated with the proper maintenance, repair and upkeep and coordinate track and assist on all work and maintenance service requests. - Maintain facilities computerized maintenance system to ensure accurate records on equipment, locations and facilities.- Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports as required for work order completion. - Perform maintenance service or repairs such as painting and plastering, machine servicing, and electrical repairs or installations. - Vendor / contractor management and access coordination- Conduct field inspections of existing structures to determine the necessity for future construction, repair, or maintenance; conduct preliminary field studies and surveys and collects data relative to the preparation of designs and drawings; reviews and analyzes field data and results of office research to determine necessary corrective measures.- Conduct routine field inspections of construction and repair projects in progress to ensure conformance with plans, specifications and codes; checks and records work progress at various construction sites.

- Undertake design project from concept to completion.- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”.- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.- Set costs and project fees according to budget.- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.- Produce “sample” and “mood products”.- Supervise work progress.- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
