- Collaborate with clients and service partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Manage multiple transport providers and their related contracts, service and quality requirements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.- Train partners to use the platform and provide training to transporters and drivers to ensure compliance with operational standards.- Maintain and manage the delivery SLA by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions as needed.- Develop effective relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

-Follow up all transport operations.-Coordinate customers orders and maintain good relationship.-Follow up operations activities to make sure it is running at the required level.-Follow up all maintenance activities.-Insure utilizing the fleet optimally.-Issuing devilries and maintain full maintenance & movement record through PIMS.-Monitoring trucks through Vehicle Tracking System VTS.

-Working closely with clients and transport companies.-Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.-Provide rate quotes to the sales coordinator.-Accountable for maintaining and managing the delivery Service level agreement (SLA).-Ensure all operational KPI's are met.-Ensure adequate archiving and documents control.-Updating shipment tracking and milestone In ERP system “E-truck”.
