I have taken on the role of Head of Ventures Department (Board position) at Ennova Esade student association. Ennova is renowned as one of the top associations at Esade Business School, earning respect from numerous companies, entrepreneurs, and VCs. Ventures has consistently been the largest department at Ennova, responsible for organizing remarkable events like IdeaUp, the leading student-led accelerator in Barcelona. Ennova and Ventures play a significant role in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within Esade and beyond. I actively contributed to the organization of the IdeaUp challenge. Additionally, I successfully forged partnerships with esteemed companies such as Notion , Wix, ProWritingAid , MakerBox, and Viewst Inc, resulting in a combined partnership value exceeding $10K. I embarked on launching an entirely new event, the case cracking competition, which we later decided to postpone to September. As the season drew to a close, I secured partnerships with two companies for our final initiative of the year – Talent Internship, which offers internships to first- and second-year students at Esade. All this resulted in my recognition as a top associate of the 2022-2023 season.

Boxch was a Solana-based crypto wallet that revolutionized the industry by eliminating commission fees. We raised $200,000 in investments. Notably, we garnered invaluable support from the entire Solana ecosystem and I successfully onboarded approximately 900 clients, solidifying Boxch as a trusted platform.In addition to the wallet, we launched the Naxar cryptocurrency, which became available on seven prominent crypto exchanges. This expansion allowed us to tap into a broader market and attract a diverse range of users. Working at Boxch provided me with an immersive experience in cryptocurrencies, NFTs, network decentralization, and the technical intricacies of Web 3 Projects.My responsibilities at Boxch encompassed generating innovative growth ideas and managing the brand's identity. At the age of 16, I founded SOFT-platform.ru, leading a team of ten Gen Z members in the creation of an online exercise platform that connected customers with personal trainers, driven by my desire to make exercise and sports accessible to all. Despite minimal funding, we attracted 165 users and connected them with 10 trainers, achieving a significant milestone. Winning a grant from Delloite in a pitching competition and being mentored by venture capital firms like Mindrock Capital and Davidovs Venture Capital were memorable highlights. Though we ultimately decided to close the project due to financial constraints and lack of product-market fit, the experience proved invaluable, and I'm grateful for the support of my team and all those who joined us on our journey. Our team is eager to embark on new ventures in the future.

Martenly is an innovative all-in-one social management marketing tool. We secured $25,000 in Pre-Seed funding from angel investors, allowing us to fuel our growth and development. Despite operating with a zero advertising budget, I was able to onboard approximately 500 clients, showcasing the effectiveness of our product and the power of organic growth.To generate awareness and attract B2C clients, I strategically launched the product on prominent platforms for publishing new startups, such as ProductHunt and Betalist. This approach proved successful in capturing the attention of our target audience and driving engagement.Throughout my time at Martenly, I closely worked with the CEO of Martenly - Nikita Kuraev and constantly generated innovative ideas to attract and retain B2C clients. This involved implementing creative marketing strategies, optimizing user experiences, and staying attuned to industry trends and customer needs.
