Current• Responsible for coordinating and managing a team responsible for the configuration of equipment to include; servers, software, NAS devices, IP cameras, automatic crane, gate and rail systems and meeting project manager delivery schedules.• Lead and establish new standards and procedures for configuration processes.• Design and program crane/gate/rail system networks and IP schemes to fit into customer networks• Work directly with project managers to meet shipping schedules and delivery deadlines.• Create and manage internal network and security and policies• Create and manage VPN networks between company and customers on Dell SonicWall security appliance• Senior (tier 2/3) technical consultant and resource for customer care team• Installing, configuring and supporting company proprietary software used at international shipping terminals and ports.• Train customer care team on troubleshooting complexed issues and providing post mortem discussions and solutions.
