o MEHE’s Infrastructure Administration:o Day to day maintenance and support of all MEHE Systems (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, WIFI, WSA, ESA…)o Plans, designs, and implements the ministry’s local area network (LAN).o Analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature and resolution of problems.o Ensures adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated.o Following up on the School connectivity project o Researches recommends and implements network enhancements that improve LAN’s reliability and performance.o Official Exams Administrationo Evaluation and improvement study of the Exam Management System (EMS)o Management of the Question Bank System (QBS) and the Exams Generation System (EGS)o Installation, configuration, and management of the temporary exam center LAN

MEHE’s Infrastructure Administration :o Manages Active Directory environment, establishes and maintains useraccounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and securityo Administers, configures and troubleshoots all versions of the WindowsServer family operating systemo Plans, designs and implements the ministry’s local area network (LAN).o Analyzes and troubleshoots the network logs and tracks the nature andresolution of problems .o Ensures adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained andupdated.o Designed and implemented the LAN/WAN connections between schoolsand the ministry.o Performs daily server tape backupso Monitors usage to ensure security of data and access privilegeso Analyzes, monitors, installs, maintains and troubleshoots PCs, printer ordata network problemso Researches and evaluates new technologies related to computernetworkingo Researches, recommends and implements network enhancements thatimprove LAN’s reliability and performance.o Installs, configures & maintains the data center’s servers.o Builds new file servers to maximize terminal server, file/print sharing anddomain control performance.o Provides advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment.Official Exams Administration :o Evaluation and improvement study of the Exam Management System(EMS)o Management of the Question Bank System (QBS) and the ExamsGeneration System (EGS)o Installation, configuration and management of the temporary examcenter LAN
