• Project Management of major projects for international broadcasters; OSN (Saudi Arabia, Dubai - $3m), Al Jazeera Sport (Qatar - $2.5m), DSmart (Turkey - $4m), Astro (Singapore - $3m).• Expertise include VOD, DVB, MPEG, Head End System, Conditional access, Middleware, STB and its Supply Chain.• Regularly achieved project goals of e2e deployment of between 300k-2m STB quantities for customers.• Creation of Project Dashboard Report, Budget vs Actual Report, Change Log and Travel Log.• Compliance with Project Management Institute (PMI) project methodology in running project(s), to ensure that all appropriate steps are executed to the agreed project time-scales, quality and budget.• Mapping of customer requirements to possible solutions. Creation and presentation of proposals to CISCO management and customers.• Collation and presentation of information associated with the initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects.• Providing technical project status reports as required by CISCO senior management and/or CISCO external customers. Now a benchmark other billing systems compare to.• Completed a cost saving project, by liaising with different European carriers to provide better wholesale access pricing.• Extensive use of MS Access and MS Excel by creating automated tables, spreadsheets, databases and graphics that were linked with the billing to provide real time detailed analytical reports and databases as well as Scorecard and Run Rate Analysis. This in turn formed a basis from which Finance, Engineering and the Accounts Provisioning Departments gathered information for high level reporting and presenting.• Extensive knowledge of the Telecom/Networking industry, acquired by working with different members of the Life Cycle Management Team.• Experience and knowledge of telecoms concepts in Mediation, Provisioning and Rating.• Liaising with internal and external auditors for yearly audit and control.• Design and Management of multiple simultaneous micro-projects.• Client requirements and relationship Management.
