 Plans daily work based on work orders and job instructions received, visits sites to assess major jobs and contacts operations personnel to clarify fault details to ensure completion of assigned jobs in an efficient manner within time scale. Checks, troubleshoots faults on mechanical equipment, inspects equipment to identify faults, determines and reports best method of repair or required or taken action to supervisor. Carries out the daily repair work on all mechanical, dismantles, dissembles machinery, replaces defective parts and pipes, sets safety mechanism, and observes the operation of repaired equipment. Notes details of repair on work order. Re-installs repaired and overhauled equipment on site and undertakes workshop overhaul, equipment bench testing, defective parts replacement, repair and reconditioning of mechanical parts, using fixed and portable tools.Implements preventative maintenance programs for mechanical equipment in accordance with established schedules and instructions from supervisor. Makes periodic checks and reports any problems requiring repair work to supervisor.

• Assists with the operation and maintenance of assigned sub segment equipment / treating equipment at the job site and base. Also assists with the preparation of the required pre and post job paperwork.• Completes all required learning objects and courses.• Complies with all Company & Regulatory HS&E & Quality and IT standards and policies.• Learns the basic rig components and different roles of Service Companies with relation to Operating Company.• Learns to operate and properly maintain assigned Well Services equipment safely and efficiently.• Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (eg. Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives).• Ensures preventive maintenance on equipment.• Ensure unit/s is/are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.• Performs Risk Analysis (eg. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards.• Immediately corrects and report hazard

• To perform quality inspection on construction activities to ensure compliance in Saudi ARAMCO Standards and international codes such as ASME Sec IX, V, VIII Div 1,API and B31.3• Review of WPS, PQR, WPQ, Procedures and Quality plan as per Specifications and codes• Commissioning verification for construction and installation activities.• Inspections of all aspects of welding operation on piping and Pipe line.• Witness PT., MT, PWHT, Hardness test, reviewed tests results• Witness hydrostatic tests on piping and valves (body and seat),• Final certification of work packages. (Piping systems, equipment erection, structures and field erected tanks).• Quality Surveillance inspection on Contractor's project execution during different phases of execution.• Ensure verification of inspection performance by: conducting regular inspections, verification of corrective actions, verification of NDE subcontractor's performance, review of inspection• Review and approve RFIs and Material and data submittals.• Raw materials Inspection with Test Certificates.• Monitor and audit contractor welding consumables storage and usage, Monitor and audit sub-contractor weld repairs and NDE to ensure all welds are completed and documented prior to release for hydro testing.
