API RP 521 Guide for Pressure-Relieving and Depressurizing Systems. API 662 Plate Heat Exchanger for General Refinery Services. API 535 Burners or Fires Heaters in General Refinery Services. API 2000 Venting Atmosphere and Low-Pressure Storage tank. API 614 Lubrication, Shaft-Sealing, and Control System for Special Purpose Applications. API 617 Centrifugal Compressor for Petroleum, Chemical and Gas Industry Services.I have a proven and detailed knowledge and understanding of: Brownfield Modification project experience. Process engineering design in onshore applications . Familiarity with Process simulation tools, such as hysys, Aspen, Flare net, PFD's, P&ID's, equipment & instrument datasheet. Familiarity with OLGA 6 for off shore facility. Process safety . HAZOP study for gas plant. Good general computer skills.

peration experience in NGL Plant (Reception Facilities, Gas Treatment Plants, SRU...), etc Experience in plant production supervision and management Experience in preccommissioning, commissioning and start-up activities Experience in Plant control with PLC and DCS work station( Yokogawa, Honeywell, Foxboro, Siemens) Knowledge of HSE Experience in Pig Receiving from OFF shore to on shore and also liquid handling during pigging. Experience in calculate parameters of slug from sea line at off shore to on shore facility. Experience with the following main equipments: Centrifugal pumps: Sulzer, Ebara, Gabrioneta, Sundyne... centrifugal compressors: Elliott Ebara Group, Atlas Copco, Sun dyne, Mitsubishi, Nouo Pinion, Alstom turbo expander: Atlas Copco with AMB(Active Magnetic Bearing) reciprocating compressors : Nouo Pinion Boilers, furnace, coldbox...etc Others: Management and enforcement of the HSEQ policies and Permit To Work (PTW )system, and precautions for the facility Strong HSEQ background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards. Awareness and understand of all legislative, statutory and company standards and requirements relevant to the installation.

Commissioning, start-up and plant operation .GAS PLANT including following units: Reception facilities, Condensate Stabilization, MEG regeneration and injection, Gas treatment-CO2 and H2S Removal using MDEA (Methyl Di-Ethanol Amine) Gas dehydration & Mercury Removal, Ethane recovery (Demethaniser and ethane columns, expander- Compressor, cold box) NGL fractionation (Depropaniser and Debutanizer columns), Ethane treatment and drying using DEA(Di-Ethanol Amine),Propane and butane Treatment (mercaptans removal and caustic regeneration), Sulfur recovery, Propane Refrigeration cycle.
