• Head of Operations (June 1999 to June 2000) - Supervised Registration, Settlement, Corporate Actions and Month end Units comprising of about 50 staff.• Account Manager (June 1998 to June 1999) - Relationship management for the largest portfolio of approximately USD 75 million being maintained of State Street Bank & Trust Company. Other clients included Boston Safe Deposit & Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank.• Head of Registration Unit (June 1996 to June 1998) - Overall responsibility of managing the Registration Unit comprising of 30 staff. Successfully supervised conversion of physical securities of USD 150 million into scripless form. Managed day to day issues between clients, registrars and Unit.
