As a C-Level executive I am responsible for all aspects of running Isenberg Bath Corporation. I oversee Product Research & Design leading to various design awards, all aspects of product marketing, the complete Sales, Strategy & Operations teams respectively. It has and continues to be a phenomenal honor to work with so many people in the industry and our valued employees to achieve un-believable growth year over year.

Sales:1) Responsible for Sales and Service for over 500 nation-wide clients within the United States.2) Clients include decorative plumbing showrooms, corporate clients, and high volume home builders and developers utilizing Isenberg's luxury plumbing fixtures.3) Develop over-all sales and display programs and strategy.Marketing:1) Head Isenberg's efforts to exhibit at industry-leading trade shows across the United States.2) Duties involve developing overall trade-show strategy including development and approval of final booth design.Product Design1) Work with technical and manufacturing departments to introduce new plumbing fixture collections and innovative products into the U.S. market at 6-8 month intervals.

1) Formulate Strategy and Marketing Plan to grow Isenberg Faucet's Luxury Plumbing Fixtures Line within the Texas Area. Build relationships with key plumbing distributors and decorative plumbing showrooms across the United States.2) Review and approve all new product development projects including final approval of new product additions to the Isenberg Faucet Line of products.
