• Provide strategic, technical and team leadership across the organization, working in concert with the General Manager and Director of Operation to oversee all company related development and manufacturing activities• Designing and developing SCOPE (Squad Combat Optic Performance Enhancement) that utilizes LWIR, CMOS cameras with Automatic Target Detection and Recognition, plus Steerable Laser Range Finder and See-Through Overlay Display for US Army’s RDECOM (Research, Development and Engineering Command)• Additional designs include development and manufacturing of Enhanced Night Vision Google (ENVG), and M2 Weapon Site System that comprises modular components, including a combination of IR and Visible weapon sight plus ballistics and thermal imaging capabilities• Provide internal leadership in terms of managing resources and programs as well as guiding the System Integrated Product Team (SIPT), through direct ownership of projects and elements of the business processes • Working closely with the program office and chief architect, leading proposals, conducting trade studies and executing task and program portfolios that are funded by the government or through company investment. These tasks range from technical assessments to full-engine demonstrators• Responsible for ensuring these efforts are being accomplished in a manner that satisfies schedule, budget, technical objectives and commitments to the customer• Maintain overall program technical risk assessment including the identification of program level technical risk mitigation plans and establishing and tracking tasks to reduce risk

• Directed and led a 64-person multi-disciplined team, including Sr. Managers, Architects, Project Managers and Engineers. Responsibilities included Design, Development, Project Management, Industrialization, Test & Integration of innovative Electronics for Plasma modules & Tin Droplet generation. Proven track record of successful product delivery from design to production, with a reputation for driving change and delivering results• Managed and directly oversaw System Architecture designs, Real Time Controls, Sensor and Actuator Circuits, Data Capture and power delivery for various Plasma, Tin Management and Droplet Generator functions. Envisioned and managed delivery of newly designed complex building blocks for EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) source in collaboration with Software and Control Systems• Led the development of the industrial tools for the Droplet Generator qualification and of new low-voltage thermal controller for vacuum/clean room environment. Created project plans and schedules, wrote product requirements. Organized design reviews, released production technical documentation, worked on test plans, issue resolution, and failure analysis

• Directed multi-disciplined team of electronics, software, mechanical and test engineering departments, as well as Project Management team to design, develop, test, integrate new electronics insert equipment for airline industries that included high-end Electronics, as well as Electromechanical equipment• Managed all design, development and qualification tests, and to ensure project’s technical goals are achieved and schedule and cost objectives are met. Conducted various customer specific & regulatory tests, EMI, ESD, Lightning Strike; FAA certification and airworthiness. Interacted with Airline manufacturer customers that included Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer and Gulfstream, as well as various commercial airline executives to determine specific and custom design criteria and requirements

• Functioned as Navigation & GPS Systems Engineering manager, and SEIT lead (Systems Engineering, Integration & Test), CAM for Modernized and Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) program to develop US Air Force’s next generation GPS. Technical Lead to provide pre and post-mission analysis for Trident missile launches for US and UK Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet• Designed & developed wireless communication network that included high-speed communication throughout submarine without interference to weapon systems or shipboard data equipment Led the design/research teams to develop new Radar to replace existing C-Band Coherent Signal Processor (COSIP) Radar system, as Navy’s Mobile Instrumentation System (NMIS), that included designing electronics, transmitter and antenna pedestal

• Led and managed a 21-member multi-disciplined group of engineers, scientists and managers who created multiple new products. Developed Cognitive Sensor technology to simulate human visual cortex by implementing the Saccade and Fovea behavior on an artificial neural network platform. Developed an architectural design for a Synaptic Arithmetic Logic Unit (SALU - ASIC), that performed parallel convolution at Peta-Operations per second Engineered the Electronic Information Carrier (EIC) for U.S. Army that met the standards and requirements of the Battlefield Medical Information System - Telemedicine (BMIST) project. This device (aka Dog Tag), stored all of soldier’s medical history and transmitted (AES 128-bit encryption) data to the medics Designed a wireless (RF) and ambulatory sensor device to monitor and report various biological functions of a patient. Managed a team that designed an innovative portable RF (wireless) brain-monitoring system. The device (Smart Band-Aid) is used for monitoring & interpreting human brain’s EEG signals
