My journey with Rooster Shack started in 2016, as a brand we have come along way, we have won the converted Good Food Gold Seal Award for best takeaway. As a franchise manager I help franchisees optimise the sales and profit from their respective store, I work directly with the managing director of Rooster Shack by helping new franchisees to set up, assisting in new business situations and working with franchisees to optimise sales, I also work in training and mentoring our franchisee partners across the UK.
