Responsible for management and control of the service operation to the council specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations within the hard services such as breakdown,part replacement and periodic maintenance.Managing a large vendor throughout PAN India ensuring that the service of the charger maintained in accordance with the project Agreement requirements and supports the customer with any value add without detriment to the operational needs.Overarching efforts to manage TAT for a smooth flow of charger uptime.Monitoring the ongoing enforcement of planned preventative maintenance, testing, and inspections, and coordinating shutdowns as required for transitions and installations.Coordination between vendor and client including snags and handover / take over process. Statutory inspections with vendors to maintain charger in fully compliance with SOP.

• Site execution, co-ordination, Supervision of works.• Arrangement of materials, controlling the site activities.• Work allocation to the team members, coordinating with subcontractors etc.• Implementation of HSE policy, conducting tool box talk and risk assessment etc.• Manage and attend customer’s complaints to reach resolution with best service quality.• Supervise and follow up on PPM schedules for each service within the scope of the assigned service provider.• Conduct site inspection to cross check the performance of the service provider on site.• Address non-conformances to the service provider management for action.• Get input from Customer Care Centre, Customer Feedback Management etc in terms of poor quality of service providers, clients' complaints, community concerns & act accordingly and as advised by the Facilities Manager and Engineer.• Implementation of legal tests on equipment's like PAT, Thermo graphic tests etc. and maintaining the relevant records.
