WaSH Engineer

I was responsible for WaSH Hardware Component such as ,Project Quality,Coordination, technical support and operational monitoring, Capitalization & Reporting/Communication/Representation.Ensuring the quality of implemented projects through regular monitoring, results monitoring, context monitoring, tools development and training.Ensuring the used of standardized BoQ, technical designs, tools and SoPs of WaSH activities.To support the Project officer in carrying out and supervising workplan according to the objectives of the project.Support the team on site by regularly visiting intervention sites and coming with technical advises if any.Monitoring the operation of work both qualitatively and quantitatively following the standardsEnsuring that wash capitalization tools correctly archived and disseminated at mission level.Collecting and disseminating various useful documents (law, procedures, national policy, guidelines, methodologies, standards)Supporting projects, assessments and evaluation reports as necessary, together with analysis and recommendation.Participating to the preparation of WaSH activity reports and annexes for reports to donors with program coordinatorRepresenting organization and attending external coordination meetings with planning of coordination internal

I was responsible for Designing Water ,Sanitation Construction Projects & Behavioral change, the details of the projects activities are construction of water supply systems and distributions network, gravity flow, drinking water quality and treatment (Chlorination) ,Monitoring the drilling of bore holes, Rehabilitation / upgrade of water supply stations & installation Monitoring and setting up Emergency water supply to 35 000 + Individual @ Ngala IDP Camps Borno state Nigeria
