Design & developed CRP Scripts as per processes, Functional Specifications (FDDs) covering detailed Business requirement/logic and data flow streamsDesign & prepared System Setup Document and End User Manual Revise and revamp the user security/role/menu setup document as per Business approvals. Communicate & update user/business on any change through e-mails or by meetings
